let me check redux too. Did not like reactjs too much, but it is better than angular imo |
# |
Apr 20th 2017, 12:49 |

not for full blown SPAs ... then I still feel reactjs is awesome |
# |
Apr 20th 2017, 12:49 |

I really dislike tooling burdons :( |
# |
Apr 20th 2017, 12:46 |
inoas |

# |
Apr 20th 2017, 12:46 |

didn't take a look at vue so far |
# |
Apr 20th 2017, 12:46 |
admad |
it can also be used used directly by just including a js file without any tooling |
# |
Apr 20th 2017, 12:46 |

our experience with reactjs/redux so far is: reactjs/jsx = pure gem (aside the understandable annoyance of empty-string vs null) ... redux is a lot of boiler place and I am not sure the choice was so good |

Apr 20th 2017, 12:46 |

# |
Apr 20th 2017, 12:45 |
admad |
nk-sonu: don't go about pining people individually and annoying them. If someone is interested they will answer. |

"horrible" might not be the right term, but they certainly have a steeper learning curve |
# |
Apr 20th 2017, 12:43 |
iqu |

# |
Apr 20th 2017, 12:43 |

even reactjs is mostly horrible |
# |
Apr 20th 2017, 12:42 |
admad |
it is a lot easier to grasp than angular :slightly_smiling_face: |
# |
Apr 20th 2017, 12:42 |

admad: yep. thats true. I think that i will be changing from jquery sometime soon. vuejs looks cool compared to terrifying angular :D |

iqu: it would be the same as using any frontend js libs. Cake would be used just to serve the REST API |

if that doesn't work, chances are you have trouble in your table classes. |
