i've never done project management where coders submit to different branches / forks though, so i dont know if we wanna do that and if so how that complicates things |

my thinking is that we are in the gathering and brainstorming fase. at some point we need to decide and stamp the spec. at that point, someone (was planing on offering myself) finishes the baking process and sets up shop. then we get a trac up and make task tickets and everyboyd in the project can grab a ticket (task) at a time |
