I am having trouble putting my data in the correct format (using front end which is not Cake) |

is there anyway to configure (change) the format that Cake expects the request data to be in to save a has Many relationship? |

or something like that |

if ($article->hasValue('postdate')) { echo $article->postdate->shortDateFormat(); } |

It's giving me the 1970s date when the date is actually null. It's a bit of a mess :thinking_face: |

you can format it as you wish when you spit it out |

@ckjksl dates come back as a FrozenTime instance |

I get: 2019-07-22T00:00+00:00 |
# |
Jul 22nd 2019, 20:14 |
ckjksl |
But when I get it back from a query |
# |
Jul 22nd 2019, 20:14 |
ckjksl |
Example: `$article->postdate = "2019-07-22";` |

I'm noticing that Cakephp is formatting my dates for me when I query. Is there a way to avoid that? |

Code more defensively, dierectly using "$event->data['status']" is a bad idea here in PHP coding. |

baking a migration_diff doesn’t seem to pickup on foreign key constraint changes. Is this a known bug? I.e.: changing the `ON DELETE SET NULL` to `ON DELETE RESTRICT` will not show up in the migration diff |
