the issue is i read that somewhere as part of setting up cakephp for application development but i suppose the author is using old version of cake php to teach this which the newer one i downloaded does not contain, but are you insunuating i dont need to set this up in newer version of cakephp to send email from my app.? |

I don’t know the full history behind why it was abandoned (and haven’t looked at the code), you might be able to re-open the discussion with @cleptric and help solve some of the problems they had in order to get it in the library. I’m sure a lot of people would appreciate an oauth2 authenticator built in |
