But its in the face of our critic that we can push to be better. No one is perfect, looking back on my articles I would change a lot. And in a year from now I'll look back on articles I write now and think "god what was I thinking". In an industry that is so fluid, you have to keep progressing and improving yourself. |

Indeed, just like any author, if you take pride in your work you pour a bit of yourself into your work. Critisicm on that work can feel like judgement on a personal level even though its truely not. |

in my experience most authors and not as receptive to feedback. either they don't check the messages or don't want to bother improving their code or maybe take is as a insult when asked to make chnage :P which is why i kinda lost interest in moderating. |
