i wonder why they didn't choose to use a plugin datasource array key instead |
# |
Nov 14th 2009, 20:38 |
ProLoser |
no no, i'm only using solutions that are already implemented within cake, just have yet to see them implemented in a plugin |

If your classes have some external dependency, include / import them |

Unless you are doing something non-standard, you wont have issues loading a datasource. |

Nov 14th 2009, 20:35 |

just like the sql abstract datasource and it's children sources such as my, p, sqlite |
# |
Nov 14th 2009, 20:34 |
ProLoser |
however, does app::import() load a specific file only, or will it call upon all files it needs to (because in the database.php, if you set the 'driver' key it actually involves 2 more files) |
# |
Nov 14th 2009, 20:33 |
ProLoser |
and then configure them normally in the database.php |
# |
Nov 14th 2009, 20:33 |
ProLoser |
apparently for datasources you can now use app::import() |

I think as long as the article isnt a blatent advertisment for some website, and there is some decent content, we can approve it. |
