as it should tell you how to setup everything where it wont be broken |
# |
Jun 2nd 2010, 23:50 |
savant |
so then that datasource doesn't work |
# |
Jun 2nd 2010, 23:50 |

I don't know how... because the API doesn't set a ID using just numbers. |
# |
Jun 2nd 2010, 23:50 |
savant |

# |
Jun 2nd 2010, 23:49 |
aaroninfidel |

# |
Jun 2nd 2010, 23:49 |
savant |

# |
Jun 2nd 2010, 23:49 |
aaroninfidel |

Jun 2nd 2010, 23:45 |
aaroninfidel |
is there a way to ignore it? |
# |
Jun 2nd 2010, 23:45 |
aaroninfidel |

I declared both models with the corresponding $hasMany and $belongsTo variables. My example is a Student has many ForeignSchool. When in students_controller.php I do a: $foreignSchools = $this->Student->ForeignSchool->find('all'); $this->set(compact('foreignSchools')); the $foreignSchools variable in the view file is showing all the foreign schools but not the ones associated to the current student. |

how can I fix this? http://bakery.cakephp.org/articles/view/twilio-datasource the only thing I need to fix is $model->setInsertId($result['Sid']); because it's not an int id but it is a unique id. |
